How is the plan personalized?

It's built from your answers — age, height, weight, training days, activity level, diet, sleep, and your goal (fat loss, muscle, recomposition). Your calorie and macro targets are computed from your real TDEE, and the training schedule fits the days you actually have.

How is this different from other workout plan apps?

Do I need a gym?

No — the schedule adapts to your training days and setup. Tell the builder how many days you lift and do cardio, and the plan is built around that.

Do I have to upload a photo?

The photo powers your AI body preview, but it's optional — you can skip it and still get your personalized plan numbers. Photos are private and never shared.
